This luxury “New Orleans style” townhome, crafted by renowned New York architect Alexander Gorlin, is a newly redecorated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat with stylish, designer touches throughout.

On the first level, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own entrance. The rear king bedroom opens directly to a covered driveway, offering ample storage, a large SMART HDTV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second king bedroom, facing Ruskin Park, has elegant French doors that open onto the park, as well as a SMART HDTV and a private bathroom with a sleek glass-enclosed shower.

Head up to the second level to find the main living area, bathed in natural light. The living room features designer furnishings, a 65" SMART HDTV, and doors leading to an open-air balcony overlooking the park. A cozy card table for four is perfect for game nights, while the formal dining room comfortably seats six. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Off the kitchen, a second balcony offers outdoor dining for six, set against tree-top views.

The third level hosts the primary king suite with an attached bath and a dedicated home office, ideal for remote work. The office opens onto a front-facing balcony overlooking Ruskin Park, furnished with two chaise loungers for relaxed people-watching or quiet moments among the treetops.

The fourth level is the crown jewel of the townhome—a tower room with its own wet bar that opens to the rooftop deck. Here, two chaise loungers and Adirondack seating for four await, along with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside’s rooftops.

We had a great experience during our stay. The home is extremely conveniently located just around the corner from all the main stores and restaurants in Seaside and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was extremely convenient. The home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Many great balconies, outdoor spaces and a rooftop for enjoying the outdoors.

Great space - four floors each with one or two balconies. The park can get a bit loud but you can always sit on the opposite side if you want to be outside.
