This charming retreat is just a short stroll to the West Side Pool, the private beach pavilion, Central Square, and everything Seaside has to offer.

Arrive, park, and step into a shaded oasis with inviting porches and effortless coastal vibes. Two expansive porches welcome you—one on each level. The first features cozy outdoor seating for two, plus an adjacent lighted seating area with Adirondack chairs for five, creating the perfect setting for an evening nightcap.

Inside, the open-concept living space exudes designer charm, with a plush sectional offering ample seating and a large mounted flat-screen TV for movie nights. The adjacent fully renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a spacious double-door Sub-Zero fridge, elegant chandeliers, stone countertops, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight.

The first floor includes two bedrooms that share a beautifully updated hall bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. One bedroom features a king bed, while the second is a bunk room with a double-over-double bunk bed and a mounted TV.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and a stunning private bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower and a marble vanity. Step outside to the generous second-floor porch, complete with a porch swing and club chair seating for two.

From here, a staircase leads to the third floor, where a cozy enclosed tower room awaits. Designed as a movie and game room, it features a futon (sleeps two) and a PlayStation 4, making it a fun hideaway for kids and teens.

Additional amenities include a small laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer, a spacious back deck with a pole-mounted grill, and a private outdoor shower.

This five star home is our absolute favorite and the location could not get any better. It’s located doors away from the sweet Chapel and a short beautiful walk to the post office, shops, restaurants, food trucks, beach, etc. This home is great for hanging out with family and the beds are super comfy. When SEASIDE is on my mind SIMPLICITY is where I am staying.

This Simply Beautiful home is perfect for our girls trip, and our family trip to Seaside! It’s located a few doors down from the sweetest Seaside chapel where we got to see wedding guests arrive out our kitchen window on one of our stays. It is such a beautifully decorated well appointed house located in a convenient, yet quiet, safe street. It’s close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet far enough to be quiet, safe, and private. Everything you could want is within a couple blocks making it easy for everyone in your party to come and go from the beach, shopping, restaurants safely as you wish. I can’t recommend this beautiful, comfortable home enough for your getaway to Seaside. AKA “Pleasantville! You will definitely want to come back and make more life long memories here! ENJOY your stay at SIMPLICITY!

Amazing property. So much more than other rentals we have had in the past. Homeowners have provided top of the line furnishings and have provided not only the necessary amenities, but unanticipated needs as well. In short, it felt like home. Wonderful vacation in a beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Seaside. It was perfectly located next to the chapel that allowed for easy access to Seaside beaches, shopping and dining. The home was well stocked, very clean and had everything we needed! It was a perfect getaway with friends and we hope to rent Simplicity again on our next trip to the beach!
