Parkside comfortably sleeps 12 guests and is available for rent from mid-May through mid-September—the perfect setting for your summer escape.

The second floor has been entirely reimagined to host four beautiful bedrooms. The first is a serene king primary suite with a luxurious private bath and a private balcony overlooking Ruskin Park—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Also on this floor are a second king suite and a queen suite, each with its own spa-like bathroom, custom built-in closets, and plush Peacock Alley linens. A charming custom-built bunk room sleeps four with double-over-double bunks, perfect for kids. At the rear, a spacious balcony stretches the length of the home with lounge seating and treetop views of Seaside.

Ascend to the third floor to discover the fifth bedroom—a spectacular king primary suite with its own private balcony, a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. This floor also features Parkside’s main living area, designed for effortless entertaining with an open-concept layout. The brand-new kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, and stylish cabinetry. It opens to a dining space with seating for eight, additional bar seating for three, and a cozy breakfast nook for four more. Designer furnishings throughout offer a refined yet relaxed ambiance.

At the heart of Parkside is its crown jewel: the 1,600-square-foot rooftop deck. It was great. Place was perfect for our large family. We come every year and actually have been coming to house right next door since it was built! The only thing it really lacked was a few kitchen utensils and there were zero trash cans in any of the 6 bathrooms. A small sweeper vacuum would have also helped keep the floors cleaner from all the sandy feets. ��. I give this property a 9.5 overall. Beautiful home! We will be back. Soon.

This was an amazing property we rented for the week in Seaside. We really loved the attention to detail on the remodel. The home is spacious and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and everything was perfect for our stay. We loved being right on Ruskin Park - so close to the shops and restaurants. Thank you to the homeowners collection for all their help and finding us a wonderful place for our family. We will be back.

This is a very nice property in the heart of Seaside. I highly recommend it for a large group as it was spacious and comfortable. The decor was impressive and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were good sizes and there was plenty of space for our whole group to feel comfortable and not cramped. We loved everything about this property. We will definitely stay here again for our next big family vacation.
