Old Natchez Compound is the combination of Old Natchez Main House and the next-door guest cottage Oak Creek Annie’s and High Rustler to accommodate multiple families and larger groups sleeping 18 in all in a prime Seaside, Florida location.

Old Natchez Compound:
Proximity: Directly across from the Westside Pool, 377 feet from the beach
Description: The Old Natchez Compound combines two charming properties to accommodate larger groups and multiple families. This compound is located on picturesque Natchez Street, offering an ideal location with easy access to the beach and pool. It features expansive open-air porches, a landscaped fenced yard, manuy outdoor seating areas, and a lighted courtyard w/outdoor dining for 14.
Natchez House: 4BD/sleeps 10
- Primary Bedroom (1st Floor): King bed, en-suite bath (tub/shower combo), private flat screen TV, small closet, and armoire. Direct access to a large, furnished front porch and private balcony w/bistro seating for 2.
- Second Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, twin w/trundle. Features a large flat screen TV, private balcony w/bistro seating for two, and access to an open-air porch. (sleeps 4)
- Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Custom twin bunk room. (Bunk & king have shared hall bath)
- Fourth Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, en-suite bath (tub/shower combo), private balcony with bistro seating, flat screen TV, and small closet.

- Kitchen: Updated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and marble countertops. Full bath off living, shower.

What an amazing home on the beach side in Seaside! Literally, on the beach and across the street from the town with nice restaurants and shops. We loved the location of course but also loved the home itself. It was huge and had plenty of space for our large family gathering. We all had a wonderful time. The bedrooms were nice, clean and spacious as was the kitchen and living areas. We will definitely try to rent this home for our next family vacation!
