Located on one of Seaside’s quietest streets just steps to Ruskin Park and Seaside Avenue, Lolo’s Patience Paid Off is sure to be the perfect spot to spend your vacation. This three bedroom, three bathroom home gives you the space to create all the memories to last a lifetime. The front screened-in porch welcomes you as you enter the home with a swing and four additional rockers, the perfect gathering spot for friends and family.

The front door greets you to an open, inviting front-to-back living and dining room area with plenty of seating and space for gathering family and friends. The living room features a large sectional and mounted large-screen smart TV, perfect for family movie nights in. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large dining table with plenty of room to easily accommodate 8 – 10 for family dinner nights. Directly adjacent to the dining area is the bright and airy kitchen, which has tons of countertop space and storage space. It is also connected to a screened-in back porch that is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Off the back porch is a large fenced-in yard with outdoor dining for four, Adirondack seating for two more, and a charcoal grill perfect for grilling after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom down features 2 twin beds and a full hall bath on the first floor.

The second floor opens to a spacious landing that has a queen sofa bed and access to a screened-in porch. The huge king primary suite has its own private screened-in porch with a luxurious lounge area with a sofa, two club chairs, and a coffee table perfect for an evening cocktail or an afternoon book. This unique lounge hangout provides a serene and beautiful retreat. The king primary has a lounge chair reading area and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Upstairs has a double and twin bed, plus a private bath, that offers privacy and comfort. The second floor also has an enclosed washer and dryer area.

The TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and all downstairs TVs have Smart TV capabilities. Lolo’s is just steps away from the beach and town center, you and your family are sure to love your vacation even more with this special, unforgettable home.

* 5-night minimum required in spring break and summer, 3-night minimum fall, 2 night winter. * Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

LOLO is a wonderful home conveniently located to everywhere you want to be. The interior decor is quite warm and very inviting and the balconies and patios provide an intimate peaceful space to enjoy whatever your heart desires. Very well kept and stocked with all the essentials.
