With a coveted location right next to Town Square, 'Dreamboat truly delivers an ideal cottage ideal for a small family or couple enamored with the idea of spending time on the beach or strolling the nearby boutiques and galleries.  The splendid guesthouse Dreamboat also enjoys a location directly across from the sand and water, right on West Ruskin St.

Comfortably cozy, a small whte picket fence welcomes you to the home, along with a private outdoor seating area for enjoying the endless blue skies of sunny Florida. This one-bedroom cottage is set amidst a peaceful setting with everything you need in a vacation home easily within reach.

Abundant windows allow natural light to flow throughout the home with an open, airy feeling from the main living floor to the upstairs bedroom. The first floor ideally brings in a compact kitchen, with everything you need. Complete with a small refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher you have the easy option of meals at home or the opportunity to dine at some of the fantastic local delicacies steps away from the cottage.

A sleeper sofa and small seating area offer up more room for guests, while a stackable washer/dryer completes the space with additional comforts of home.  Climb the spiral staircase to reveal the second-floor bedroom, full bath, and private balcony.

A peaceful retreat, with just the right amount of space and features, is what you will find at the quaint vacation cottage 'Dreamboat'. While you're there, be sure to take advantage of the easy access to Town Square, the beach, and all of the other attractions of Seaside, Florida.   

Dreamboat is the guest cottage to the main cottage Sabbatical. 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  •  Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  •  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

The Dreamboat was a perfect location at Seaside. The one bedroom was very nice with kitchen and washer & dryer. Condo was clean and comfortable. Homeowners Collection was very helpful.

We loved this cottage. Super close to town circle (lots of noise during spring break, but that's to be expected since we were so close to town circle). Very convenient to all the seaside restaurants!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's a lovely small cottage in an excellent location, that didn't feel small at all. It had lots of light, amenities, very comfortable couch and bed, plenty of cookware, and everything I needed. It is furnished just right, looks like the photos, and is well arranged. It is now one of my favorite Seaside cottages, and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
So glad you enjoyed Dreamboat and we hope to host you here again!
